Teamwork

Our first project this term is a teamwork project. It was not a surprise and not really a problem to me. I am used to working in teams from studying in Norway. I was also expecting a team project to be our first so everyone can get to know each other better.  Unfortunately we don't know each other well enough to divide us into roles, but my group actually goes very well together. Everyone is doing their best and it is all going well. There is no problem with who is doing what. I was honestly expecting it to be some arguments about what to do, but either everyone is agreeing or someone is not saying what they really feel.

Of course I feel that I would work better with people I know, people that fill my gaps and I fill theirs, but this is how it is at university and also in the business sometimes, depending on your company's size. If you are in a big company you would probably have to work with loads of different people, but if you are in a smaller company you would always work with the same group of people and you know each other well.
